Once the base coat of eyeshadow covers the primer, I then add more shadow on top in order to blend the colors. Other pluses: This is a much better value than PP although I'll need to continue buying both at this rate. The primer keeps my eye makeup in place well past 8 hours, and I haven't had issues with fading, creasing, pilling after testing it with multiple brands of eyeshadows.
