I was there for 9 weeks and decided to try this place after about 3 weeks of being in town. Went back three more times in the next 6 weeks, my hibachi filet mignon was incredible each time I wasn't very happy with the the Henderson steakhouse of the same name as I brought family to Henderson and the service wasn't as good and it was ten dollars more expensive for the same things. I did four visits to the Pahrump Location and then did the Henderson location the night before the funeral. A place you need to try. I went with a bunch of friends and we had our own teppanyaki table. I will say they could clean their grills a little better. The food was good service was fast and over all value is really good Decor is dated and the lights and things along the wall all are greasy and caked with dust. I am thinking for Pahrump this is one of the better places to eat. Visiting Pahrump in our Motor Home and found this restaurant and wanted to try it, which I'm glad we did. I had the Shrimp Tempura, It had 6 pieces of Shrimp, onion, pumpkin and sweet potato Tempura and also came with soup, salad and rice Very Good.

The staff was super attentive and helpful and our server was super nice!

Went will my girlfriends for a nice leisurely dinner and felt we were rushed throughout the whole meal. After 4 days of Casino buffets, I needed a good meal, and Oh Jah did not disappoint. The act was similar to any hibachi, but very well done and Ohjah is a great place for all occassions and it won't break your bank account. So much fun. I did four visits to the Pahrump Location and then did the Henderson location the night before the funeral. The food, atmosphere and service is absolutely the best anywhere See what travelers are saying:. Husband had a Rainbow and a FireStar Roll. The food was uninspired and all the sauces were from bulk containers. My first visit two year prior was equally disappointing. Seated right away at the hibachi table. Chris was our waitress and it turns out that we absolutely adore her. Updating list Date of visit: May Reviewed October 29, Terrible. We were regular customers at Ohjah and loved their sushi.
