En el tlf me dijeron que no lo iban a poder abrir porque no habia llegado lo suficientemente temprano para resolver mi situation Llegue al aeropuerto a las 11am porque tuve una escala desde SLC a LAX y mi vuelo se iba de LAX a CDMX a las 7pm, en el counter no llegaron los trabajadores hasta las pm y despues a la puerta no llegaron como hasta las 6pm. Horrible experiencia y son todos ignorantes de la situacion, ni se molestaron en educarse. Al final, los obligue a que me devolvieran mi dinero ya que no me subi al vuelo y me compre otro pasaje con otra aerolinea y pude pasar a Mexico para hacer mis tramites sin problemas : Nunca mas vuelvo a volar con Viva Aerobus. Stay away from this crappy airline. Due to flight delay, I missed the connection flight and was put on a flight on the next day in the morning although there were flights on the same night. The airline sent a sms stating the delay was due to a technical problem. At the airport counter the personnel said it was instructed to say the delay was due to weather which was a sheer lie because other flights in the same direction and at the same time took place on time. They refused any reimbursement for the hotel that was paid for at the destination, no accommodation for the night, no food, not even WATER on plane!!!

My passport was reviewed at reception and I was told I could board my flight. At the gate, I was subjected to a random secondary search. The people who searched my bags yelled at me, threatened me, and disrespected my mother. After the search, the associates scanned my boarding pass and it came up invalid. They spent minutes fiddling with my passport.

Then you will love this! Upon arrival to Mexico city we go to the service desk, the line for the service desk was super long, seems like everyone at the service desk was having ticketing issue.
