A good chunk of this episode is just the rest of the crew running around trying to figure out how to survive until they can find a doctor with the required medicine. These early Whole Cake Island episodes are stretching themselves extra thin, adapting less than a chapter's worth of story material each, yet I can't bring myself to be bothered too much.
