It's always nice when a neighborhood UPS Store is around when you need one! While I will sometimes take advantage of their convenience when I need to make copies, mail packages or purchase An absolute dump. Slow employees with bad attitudes. Just as bad as waiting in line at the DMV. I really hate to not give 5 stars to any business because owning a business is HARD!!! But maybe this will help the owners of this one. I needed to return something to Amazon and this is a Not a lot of accountability. We needed something shipped so we paid a chunk of money for it and they told us it was guaranteed by the day we needed it but it never arrived on that date.
