I always have problems logging in going back 2 years to when I got the card. I have had to reset my password so many times and only to find it is not recognized the next time I log in. I have to call customer service to send me a link to reset it. The only way I can access the website is usually through a link to my email. If locked out and i try to unlock it on my own, it informs the details I entered are incorrect. I will close this credit card because in this day and time, a company that contracts with a bank that is not technologically able to prevent these kind of issues is a company that does not care about their customers. As someone who pays all my bills online, this is the worst website I have encountered. I am having the same problem. We don't have any insight into Comenity's system, so I would recommend contacting them directly for more information. I've already contacted Comenity bank and they do not help! They said just to reapply but it doesn't allow me to apply again online and they told me to into the store. I never thought I would be going through this with Sephora. It's disappointing because I love shopping here which is why I applied for the card. Why would I reapply again if it says my credit application is under review. The problem is that it's been way over the 10 day period!!!
