I pre-ordered the expansion and we are now fast approaching 48 hours beyond the release window and my EA Crap Sorry App is still stuck on preparing my download which it will do for approx 20 minutes before then telling me there was a problem with my download. I have been on to IT about this twice now and I've essentially been told I need to wait which from a customer service point of view is completely unacceptable. I have purchased the game code and it says it has accepted it, when I load the sims game it says I own the pack, but I have no content from the growing together pack in the game. Just did this cancel the purchase and refund so you can repurchase. If you check your purchase history, it will say 'Processing' instead of 'Complete' besides the expansion. This indicates it's a problem on EA's end. Otherwise, please run a search for EP13 , which is the folder for Growing Together.

If you want to try something in the interim, you could temporarily reinstall Origin. Even though Origin is unusable in Windows, it does often download packs that the EA App won't, in the background even as it's telling you to switch to the App. You can get Origin here direct download link :.
