These Thermomix Smoothies are the perfect way to start your day. They are quick and easy to make and the whole family will love them. We love these breakfast smoothies in our house. We love them so much we have been having them multiple times a week for around 10 years that's ever since I've had my Thermomix! Before I had a Thermomix, I used to make them in a blender, but it is so much quicker and easier with the Thermomix where you can weigh the ingredients directly into the Thermomix bowl. They are so delicious, and I love that they are an easy way to encourage the kids to add more fruit to their diet. I love sending them off to school knowing that they have already consumed a good portion of their five-a-day.

I used skim milk, but you could probably try other liquids such as other types of milk full cream, soy, almond, coconut etc or perhaps even coconut water. It makes quite a large glass - around ml.
