I purchased two tickets for the London Flower Show as a returment gift for a collegue, I also booked a trian and hotel for the weekend, all of which I did 6 weeks in advance. Despite best effort I was unable to gain any support, telephone numbers to management, email addresses or even their postal addfress as the customer service rep told me it was for security pruposes they would not offer their location google told me within 30 seconds. I reveied my refund but lost the tickets and the grand gesture to my collegue.
