BTCF: You have had a unique journey bailey spinn your career, what are some of the most valuable moments you have encountered so far that have enriched your growth?
Thanks for doing this with us. Who are you and what do you do? I grew up in Virginia with my family, and I was born on August 5th, I started making content in quarantine out of boredom, but soon it became my full-time job. I now play the electric guitar, and I love everything to do with music! Do you remember the moment when your first few videos started going viral?

The 21 year old spoke to us about her passion for music, and how her success as a content creator has helped open doors to pursue music professionally. Read the full interview below! I was at my Merch booth, we had a Meet and Greet that was super fun where I got to meet a bunch of people, and I did a panel. Thank you! Have you seen any creative ways your fans have interacted or connected with your music? People tell me they love it and really connect with it. I definitely did! Growing up I played a lot of instruments. In fifth grade, as soon as we were allowed to pick up an instrument I had started playing the viola. Then when I got to middle school, I started playing the trombone! I also played the flute and the ukulele, and now I play the electric guitar! I would go home everyday from school to the basement and sing karaoke on the app Smule. I would post the tracks of me doing DIsney and Broadway songs, and I really loved it but I was always super anxious so nobody really knew. I never posted [publicly] about them because they were already in one place, but it was definitely a dream since day one— I would always put on my headphones and pretend I was a pop star! Going back to being nervous about putting yourself and your voice out there, how did you overcome that?
So, when I got the bailey spinn, it was hard to ignore. As a kid my dream career was always to be an influencer, it was the only thing I saw myself doing.

A little bit of Avril Lavigne and Hayley Williams but still very much Bailey Spinn in her sound, looks, and presentation—it hasn't taken long for the artist to develop some serious traction on the world wide internet. Having amassed over 20 million followers on social media 15 million of which are on TikTok , Spinn is a burgeoning superstar providing exactly what's been missing in the music industry over these past several years. With plans to release more material in and hit the road again this year, we caught up with Spinn to talk about the trajectory of her career thus far. If I had given up when I started getting hate comments, I would not have the opportunities I have now. It sounds so cheesy when you say it but you are the only person stopping yourself from being able to turn your dream into a reality. Struggling with an eating disorder is never easy, and it can really damage your relationship with food. Then when I got to middle school, I started playing the trombone! Bailey: I used to play the trombone, flute, and viola! Life will improve whether it takes a year or five years. Who are some creators on TikTok that inspire you? Bailey: I always try to spread a positive message through my content. I feel like this! And how do you make sure the work you put out into the world is authentic to who you are? What about the challenges, what have you dealt on your platform that has been the hardest? Be accepting of yourself for every part that you have.
