On a recent visit to uptown New York, we decided to dine at Tao, which is a sizable restaurant with remarkable interiors. The main focal point of the restaurant is certainly the foot Buddha that appears to float above a virtual reflecting pool, which is home to several Japanese Carp. It is quite the sight to behold. With a stunning mix of industrial and Asian chic, the rest of the interiors certainly do not disappoint, making this pan-Asian restaurant one of the most striking we have been to anywhere in the world. When we arrived, we spent a couple of moments in awe of our surrounding environment, before opting to enjoy a drink at the bar ahead of our meal.

When you walk in, a huge foot Buddha welcomes you, setting the mood for an exciting evening. As the night gets going, TAO Uptown turns into a buzzing place. You'll see a mix of people there — professionals, food lovers, and even stars, all there because of its great name. The food is a mix of Asian flavors, made by top chefs. They also have a big drink menu with special TAO twists on classic cocktails. The music matches the lively vibe, with DJs playing fun tunes that keep the energy up. Whether you want to dance or just talk over dinner, TAO Uptown has it all. As fabulous as I remembered it to be and a complete experience end to end.
